Arrival/Departures

On the day of arrival rooms are available from 12.00. On the day of departure we kindly askyou to leave your room, by 11.00.

Booking

Is required a written confirmation via e-mail, fax or mail. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay or after the disclosure of credit card information (number and expiration date).


Cancelletions

Only for cancellations that are made by phone first and then writing will be considered valid and up to 21 days before arrival date the cancellation does not involve any cost, from 20 days up to 7 days before date of arrival will be charged instead of 30% of the stay. from 6 days prior to arrival or in case of early departures or late arrivals will be charged 75% of the booking.
